Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to PLYBK at plybk.xyz. By using PLYBK, or by connecting a social account to it, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

PLYBK is an internal operations, content management, and social analytics platform for Baller League and authorized partner workflows. It provides workspace tools for content libraries, reporting, planning, and social account integrations.

Access to PLYBK is limited to authorized users. You must keep your account credentials secure, use the service only for permitted workspace purposes, and promptly tell a workspace administrator if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Workspace administrators are responsible for granting and removing access for their teams and for ensuring that users act within the permissions assigned to them.

PLYBK can connect Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts through the relevant platform's OAuth flow. You may connect an account only if you have authority to do so, and you remain responsible for complying with the connected platform's terms, developer policies, and community guidelines.

Google and YouTube access is used only to operate the features authorized on the consent screen, such as identifying a channel and retrieving channel, content, and analytics data. You may revoke access at any time in the relevant platform settings; this may stop PLYBK from updating the connected account.

You must not misuse PLYBK. In particular, you must not:

• access data, workspaces, or accounts without authorization;
• share credentials or bypass security, roles, or access controls;
• use the service to violate law or third-party platform rules; or
• interfere with the service, its integrations, or other users.

Social account data, content, analytics, and workspace materials made available through PLYBK may be confidential. You may use them only for authorized operational purposes and must not disclose them outside your organization or authorized project team without permission.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features where necessary for maintenance, security, platform changes, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that third-party integrations or analytics data will always be available, complete, or error-free.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms, platform policies, or applicable law have been breached, or where access is no longer required for the authorized workspace.

We may revise these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its revised date.
