PLYBK

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how PLYBK handles information when authorized Baller League and partner users access the PLYBK internal operations and social analytics platform at plybk.xyz.

2. Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide and secure the service, including:

  • Workspace and account information, such as a user's name, email address, role, and authentication records.
  • Connected account identifiers, handles, channel details, and OAuth access credentials, including refresh credentials where provided.
  • Social content and performance data, including posts, captions, publish times, permalinks, media details, views, likes, comments, impressions, reach, and engagement metrics.

3. Google and YouTube data

When you choose to connect a Google account, PLYBK uses Google OAuth and YouTube APIs only for the permissions shown on the Google consent screen. This may include basic Google profile information, YouTube channel information, video and playlist data, and YouTube Analytics performance data.

We use this data to identify the selected channel, import and keep content and analytics current, and show authorized users reporting within their workspace. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. How we use information

PLYBK uses the information described above to:

  • operate the content library, reporting, planning, and analytics tools;
  • authenticate users, manage workspace access, and protect the service;
  • connect, maintain, and disconnect Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube integrations;
  • support internal operations and respond to requests or incidents; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations and platform policies.

5. How we store and share information

PLYBK uses Supabase to store application data. Access is restricted using authenticated workspace access controls and server-side systems. OAuth credentials are stored for the purpose of maintaining authorized integrations and are not displayed to unauthorized users.

We share information only with service providers and social platforms needed to operate the service, when instructed by an authorized workspace user, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data or connected-account data.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as it is needed to operate the workspace, maintain historical reporting, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. An authorized workspace administrator can disconnect a social account to stop future access through PLYBK.

To request deletion of personal, workspace, or connected-account data, contact us using the address below. We will review verified requests and respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal and platform requirements.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information. You can also revoke PLYBK's access through the relevant social platform or Google account settings. Revoking access may prevent PLYBK from refreshing connected data.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as PLYBK or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its revised date.
